Return & Refund Policy
P80 Kit — Complete Polymer80 Build Kits & Parts wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on used or modified products.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number — we will email this within 24 hours
- Ship the item back with the RA number written on the outside of the package
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund at your preference. Defective products can be returned up to 90 days from delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: ammunition (once shipped), items marked as final sale, custom or modified products, and gift cards.
