Q & A
Is the ROMEO-RS optic durable enough for everyday carry?
Yes. The ROMEO-RS is built as a micro-compact duty optic. It features a rugged aluminum housing, SIG’s MOTAC (Motion Activated Illumination) technology to conserve battery, and a clear 2 MOA dot. It’s designed to withstand the rigors of daily carry and is a direct-fit optic for this slide.
Can I use standard P365 9mm magazines with this .380 model?
No. The P365 in .380 ACP uses dedicated magazines. While they are similar in external dimensions, the internal feed lip geometry and follower are specific to the .380 cartridge for reliable feeding. The pistol comes with two 10-round magazines.
Is the trigger the same as the standard P365?
It uses the same smooth, flat-faced SIG Custom Works FCU (Fire Control Unit) trigger with a consistent pull. The .380 ACP’s lower chamber pressure and recoil impulse often make the trigger feel even smoother in practical use, contributing to its noted controllability.
